March's Show Up Class Competition

For the month of March, the class with the least amount of unexcused absences will win the competition along with an award. However, we also know that your child's health should always come first. That's why we urge you to keep your child at home if they are unwell. Remember, if your child has a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, they need to stay home until they are free of symptoms for 24 hours without medication. Please let us know if your child is staying home by calling or emailing the school's office so we can excuse their absence. It's important for us to make sure that your child is in a safe and healthy environment at school. We take your child's education and well-being seriously, and we want to ensure they have the best experience possible.

Missing School: It Adds Up!

When your child attends school regularly and on time, they have the opportunity to excel academically and to establish a positive daily routine for learning.

Regular attendance allows for students to be involved in lessons, develop relationships with their peers, and make the most out of their education. It also gives the teacher the opportunity to assess each student and effectively plan ahead.

Excessive absences can lead to students missing out on important information or falling behind in their learning. Regular school attendance is an important indicator of your child's performance and success as they grow. Simply put, absences add up.

The goal of the program is to help children become more familiar with fresh produce and to increase their overall acceptance and consumption of unprocessed fruits and vegetables.

Contacting your child's teacher

Ways to contact your child's teacher:

  1. Email

  2. Call (603)624-6314 and leave them a message

  3. Class Tag App

We understand that as a parent, you may have specific concerns about your child's education and well-being. However, during student pickup, our teachers need to focus on ensuring a safe departure for all students with their families. We also respect the privacy of our students and their families, and therefore, we do not hold personal conversations about a student during this time. If you would like to speak with your child's teacher, please feel free to use one of the communication methods provided, and our teacher will respond to you as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Volunteers Welcome!

If you're interested in helping out with classroom preparation, supervising during lunch, or organizing games at recess, please contact Mrs. Wheeler at the office to participate. We appreciate any extra help!
